With over a decade of experience in the culinary world, I've worn many hats – from line cook to sous chef, from culinary instructor to small business owner. My journey in the food industry has been as diverse as it has been rewarding, shaping me into the culinary professional I am today.
My foundation in the culinary arts is built on a solid educational background. I studied Business, Management, and Marketing at The University of Texas at El Paso, complementing this with studies in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services at Northwest Vista College. This unique combination of business acumen and nutritional knowledge has been invaluable throughout my career.
Today, I'm embarking on an exciting new venture as the owner of Play Dough, a small business that combines my culinary expertise with my entrepreneurial spirit. This new chapter allows me to bring together all the skills I've developed over the years – from cooking and menu development to teaching and business management.
